Centre Manager | 92-Place Premium Service (Aveley)

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the Reggio Emilia philosophy? We are seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead a stunning, well-established 92-place service in Aveley. Featuring 6 modern rooms and 3 expansive outdoor play areas, this service is designed to spark imagination and discovery.

The Support You’ll Have

You won't be doing it alone. This service provides a robust long standing supportive team to let you focus on leadership:

  • Full-time Curriculum Leader (Educational Leader)

  • Part-time Family Advocate to assist with enrolments and queries

  • Weekly guidance from a dedicated Area Manager

  • Continuous professional development and leadership coaching

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • 12–18 months in a similar leadership role (Centre Director or Assistant Director).

  • Valid WWCC and Current First Aid.

  • Completion of Geccko child safety training.

  • Deep knowledge of the EYLF and NQS with a proven ability to mentor a diverse team of educators and support staff.
